Currently the BC Provincial Health Office has exempted youth sport participants (including coaches and staff) from the current vaccine mandates. Unless the order changes, this should not affect any competition within the province, however, this is an evolving situation and we recognize that we may need to navigate changing circumstances as the season progresses. Elevate will do our best to anticipate any changes or impact public health orders may have on our programs to avoid significant impact to our athletes, however, situations may arise beyond our control or foresight. In addition, there may be some facilities that have tighter restrictions impacting tournaments. As a member of Volleyball BC, Elevate must follow all PHO orders as defined by viaSport and VBC related to masks, protocols, vaccines and facility restrictions and we appreciate your cooperation and patience in this regard.
In times of heightened risk of Covid-19, our club will rely on the Elevate Volleyball Club COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN as directed by public health officials.
